The HTC-2 is a great home weather station with a clock, calendar, and a large, informative display. Its standout feature is the ability to read temperature from two sensors at once. The indoor sensor sits inside the unit and measures room temperature, while the outdoor sensor sits on a cable so it can be placed outside — for example, outside a window.

The thermometer measures temperature on either the Celsius or Fahrenheit scale, switchable via a button on the back of the unit. Along with temperature, the display also shows humidity as a percentage. The HTC-2 can sit on a desk or be mounted on a wall.

A nice extra is the 12/24-hour time display and the month/day date display. It runs on a single AAA battery that lasts a very long time — and the battery is included!
