Home Weather Station (Thermometer, Hygrometer) - WFC-3210

The WFC-3210 home weather station features backlighting, a pre-programmed calendar, and a 12/24-hour time display. It includes two alarm modes, a thermometer, and a hygrometer.

Features of the WFC-3210 desktop weather station:

• Pre-programmed calendar from 1999 to 2099
• 12/24-hour format (hold "UP" for about 5 seconds to switch)
• Alarm (to turn a pre-set alarm on or off, briefly press "UP" in the default display mode)
• Thermometer with a 0–60°C operating range (readings update every 60 seconds)
• Thermometer accuracy: ±1°C
• Hygrometer with a 20–99% operating range (readings update every 60 seconds)
• Hygrometer accuracy: ±7% relative humidity
• Temperature can be shown in °C or °F (briefly press "DOWN" to switch)
• The unit automatically stores the day's maximum (MAX) and minimum (MIN) temperature and humidity, viewable via the "MAX/MIN" button. These reset automatically at 00:00 each day

Setting the time:

Hold "MODE" until the hour digits start blinking, then set the value with "UP"/"DOWN". Once the hour is set, briefly press "MODE" to move to the minutes. After setting the minutes, the next brief press saves your settings and exits time-setting mode.

Setting the date:

Briefly press "MODE" — once the "month and day" value appears, hold "MODE" until the year starts blinking. Set the current year with "UP"/"DOWN". Briefly press "MODE" once more to move to the month and day. After setting the last value (day), the next brief press of "MODE" saves your settings and exits calendar-setting mode.

In any mode, pressing "SNZ" or "LIGHT" turns on the blue backlight, which switches off automatically after 8 seconds. The "SNZ" button also works as a snooze button — pressing it delays the alarm by 8 minutes.

This weather station can sit on a desk or shelf using its sturdy built-in stand, or be wall-mounted through a keyhole slot after removing the stand.

For convenience, icons at the top of the display are generated from a preset table based on the temperature and humidity readings, showing one of three overall environment ratings: "dry" (poor conditions), "moisture" (fair conditions), or "comfort" (good conditions).

The unit has a low-battery indicator: when the charge is low, a battery icon appears in the icon display area, meaning the batteries need replacing (or the rechargeable batteries need charging, if used).

This model offers two alarm modes: one that triggers every day at a set time when activated, and one that triggers once at a specific date and time.

To set the first alarm type, briefly press "MODE" three times until a bell icon appears in the upper left. From there, the procedure is the same as setting the time. Once set, you can activate the alarm.

To set the second alarm type, briefly press "MODE" four times until "Month" and "Day" appear on the display. Hold "MODE" until the first value starts blinking, then set "Month" and "Day" in turn, followed by "Hour" and "Minutes" after the next brief press of "MODE".
