The HTC-1 home weather station features a clock, calendar, and a large, clear, informative display. It can sit on a desk or be mounted on a wall.
The built-in thermometer measures indoor temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit, switchable via a button on the back of the unit. Along with temperature, the display also shows humidity as a percentage.
A nice extra is the 12/24-hour time display and the month/day date display. The unit runs on a single AAA battery.
This model and its variants are widely used to measure temperature and humidity in homes, offices, schools, warehouses, kindergartens, and other spaces.
